2. All customers are required to use the order form to place their orders. This is to ensure correct information and accurate records which will help us serve you better.

3. Once you have completed the order form, your orders will automatically be processed and you will receive a confirmation text and/or email from Bare Beauty within the next 24 hours. For faster response, you may text our hotline right after sending in your order form.

5. Orders will be delivered through courier within 2-3 days after confirmation of payment. Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer. All Metro Manila deliveries will be sent via Xend Express, shipping fee is Php 50. All provincial deliveries will be sent via Air 21 with the following shipping fees: Php 90 for Luzon, Php 100 for Visayas and Php 110 for Mindanao. Bare Beauty will not be liable for any lost or damaged products. Insurance may be purchased separately.

6. If you prefer pick-up (to save on shipping fees), there are two pick-up points strategically located within the city.

- Quezon City: Residence, Inside Loyola Grand Villas (beside Ateneo and Miriam)
- Makati: Main Store, #55 Paseo De Roxas Ave., Makati City (inside School of Fashion and the Arts)

7. Meet-ups must be scheduled one week in advance. Meeting points are: Katipunan and Megamall.

8. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final since we cannot resell tested or used makeup. No return, no exchange (except for wrong orders).

9. International orders are accepted. Payments can be made through Paypal, and orders will be shipped through FedEx.

10. We are not affiliated in any way with Bare Escentuals, but we guarantee that all BE products sold by Bare Beauty are original and brand new.
